Welcome

Our church of St. Mary the Virgin, Yelverton, stands at the highest point of the village, in the centre of its community.  It serves the joint parishes of Yelverton and Alpington.  Alpington once had its own church or chapel, but it disappeared many centuries ago.  St. Mary’s is here to provide a space for the worship of God and of His Son, Jesus Christ, whom he raised from the dead to bring us life. We are delighted to welcome you here in His name.
